  • Not enjoying activities

  • Unwillingness to talk

  • Unable to concentrate

  • Butterflies in your belly

  • Rundown and sick

  • Headaches

  • Muscle pain

  • Change in appetite

  • Significant weight loss or weight gain

  • Restless at night

  • Miserable

  • Sad

  • Guilty

  • Irritable

  • Frustrated

  • Lack of confidence

  • Unhappy
