If you're arrested after hours within a metropolitan area, we’ll get a lawyer to you. We can also reimburse you for legal fees on condition you have a justified and valid defence and provided all the conditions of the policy have been met.
Legal Prestige policyholders will, in addition, receive a cash benefit of up to R2 500 to be utilised to pay their bail.
If you are in an emergency or traumatic event such as an accident or an incident that results in a death, you will have access to our after-hours emergency legal advisor. This service is for emergency situations only, and normal day-to-day requirements for legal advice (for example labour or civil matters) will be serviced during office hours only.

We offer you unlimited advice on any personal tax matter. Let our expert tax consultants handle the current year’s tax return from completion to submission, and deal with SARS on any other queries. A fee of R450 applies to previous years tax returns.
We provide unlimited debt and budgeting advice as well as free access to your annual credit report. We will facilitate debt negotiations, debt review, credit report disputes and ID theft. Our debt advisors can help you find a way to manage your debt and equip you with the budgeting skills you need.
Policyholders who have been retrenched or unfairly dismissed from their jobs are entitled to a 6-consecutive month payment holiday on their policy, provided their plan fee has been fully paid for the previous 12 months.

Legal representation at disciplinary hearings may be covered within a metropolitan area if your employer consents to you being represented. This benefit is capped at R2 000 per day, up to a maximum of R6 000 (three days) provided the Policyholders plan fee has been fully paid for the previous 12 months.
As the policyholder, mothers will enjoy a 4-consecutive month payment holiday, provided their plan fees have been fully paid for the previous 12 months.
We can assist with your Unemployment Insurance Fund submission to the Department of Labour.
As the policyholder, you are covered and if the divorce is unopposed, and both parties are in agreement with regards to the terms of the divorce. Effective after we receive 6 payments for this plan.
Our team of maintenance lawyers will assist policyholders with compiling and lodging new maintenance applications as well as representing you in court within a metropolitan area, provided the client has paid their plan fees for this plan the previous 12 months.
