December is here, and it is a great time to reflect on the year that has passed and plan for the future. We wish you and your family the very best holiday season and happy New Year. Soon, many of us will be traveling home or going away, seeing friends and family we haven’t seen in a while. The pressure is on for fun and excitement and then some relaxation and recovery, in time for January.
