When Accidents Happen, We’re By Your Side

Emergencies don’t take a holiday, and the holiday rush can sometimes lead to stressful or even dangerous situations. From car accidents to sudden medical emergencies, Trauma Assist is designed to guide you through these tough moments. Our team, including experienced nurses and counsellors, ensures that you receive the care you need when you need it most.

Our emergency call centre is available 24/7, staffed by professionally trained and highly experienced crisis managers.

In life-threatening emergencies, you’ll have access to emergency medical response, stabilisation, and transportation to the nearest appropriate medical facility.

If you require urgent assistance or evacuation, a private emergency ambulance will be dispatched to your location. Paramedics will stabilise you at the scene and, if necessary, transport you to a suitable medical facility. This service is provided only for life-threatening situations as determined by the on-call paramedics, ensuring the right care is delivered promptly.

You can request an ambulance if you or a loved one is facing a life-threatening situation and requires immediate medical attention. Trauma Assist is available to Legal&Tax policyholders, their spouses, and minor children.
