Leads management

• Source and manage leads for call centre using external and internal leads sources and manage lead acquisition cost
• Manage leads cleansing (ensuring correct formatting of input data etc)
• Report on effectiveness of leads projects
• Work with sales branches to ensure leads are being processed correctly
• Work with reporting and development team on leads requirements
• Ensure POPI compliant processing of leads data
• Increase lead to contact, and contact to sale conversion rates

Client communication management

• Work with content and community manager to ensure successful roll out of client communication including regular newsletters, client welcome packs, automated client engagement comms, and adhoc client comms
• Manage client data cleansing

Stakeholder engagement

• Represent marketing business unit among other departments
• Assist on adhoc marketing tasks
• Internal communication roll-out
• Ensure that all marketing output is in line with our corporate identity
