  • Run down and sick

  • Headaches

  • Muscle pain

  • Change in appetite

  • Significat weight loss or weight gain

  • Restless at night

Do you have these feelings often:

  • Overwhelmed

  • Underwhelmed

  • Miserable

  • Sad

  • Guilty

  • Irritable

  • Frustrated

  • Lack of confidence

  • Unhappy

  • Sleepy

  • Disappointment

  • Depressed

  • Lonely

Do you often think any of these thoughts:

  • ‘I don’t matter’

  • ‘No-one cares about me.’

  • ‘I can’t get out of bed today.’'I’m a failure.'

  • 'It’s my fault.'

  • 'Nothing good ever happens to me.'

  • 'I’m worthless.'

  • 'Life’s not worth living.'

  • 'People would be better off without me.'

  • ‘I don’t want to see anyone today.’
